All custom orders will be commenced in order that they are confirm via checkout completion and payment cleared. If you require your order within a certain timeframe, please make contact before completing checkout process. An additional rush order fee may apply. Paying for express shipping does not mean your order will be considered a rush order.

Although it is Sweet Savannah Creations aim to have your custom order created and sent as soon as possible, at times there may be unforeseen reasons for a delay to occur. If there is a delay, you will be notified via email. 

All custom orders will be dispatched within 28 business days, from when full payment has been received, unless otherwise previously discussed .

All ready to ship items will be dispatched within 3 business days, once full payment is received.

All orders are shipped via registered tracked post through Australia Post.
